Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wallet transaction issue

On 18 DEC 2016 I transferred Rs.5000 from my Bank account to oaytm Wallet. But the transaction was not successful and the money was deducted from my bank account and was not credited in my paytm wallet. Its been ten days since i am trying to contact paytm but they have been unable to resolve my issue.
