Paytm — Money deducted but not credited

Hello Sir

My name is Pawan Kodan and my paytm ID is [protected]@gmail. I had done a payment of 1831 ₹ to pay the bills of my postpait number [protected] on 24rth April 2016.
Money got deducted but recharge was not successful. Paytm emailed me that I will get it back soon but have not got it yet.

Please refund my money asap.
