On 13th December, I ordered from Swiggy Order #[protected] and paid using PayTM (registered mailid: [protected]@gmail.com)
Rs. 149 got deducted from my PayTM Walllet, but didn't reach Swiggy.
I was told that I will get refund in 1-2 days, but it is more that 15 days now and have not got refund.
I have raised complaints via tha App against the order, but have got useless reply on my email - saying that if Swiggy has a paytm wallet, then only it will get transferred else it would be reverted to my account. Swiggy is a company - a food ordering app - and they have tie up with PayTM to take money - why won't they have an account with PayTM!
Please refund my amount at the earliest and don't cheat like this of give lame responses. Was this information helpful? |
