Paytm — Money deposited in paytm account has been not credited

Dear all,

I have deposited rs.2500.00 in icici bank chembur branch for paytm account
Last week but the said amount has been not credited to my paytm account till date. When i ask the icici bank about the same they said the said amount has been transfer to your paytm account on the same day & they give me a transaction id & ask me talk to paytm. I try to speak to the paytm company through their toll free number but not able to contact them. I am not able to get any feed back on the same. Request you to pls look in to my matter & solve the same.
