[Resolved] Paytm — Movie Ticket

Dear sir,
I have booked ticket on 24th dec via order no [protected] of Dangal movie. but the status of order shows payment pending and also no ticket is generated against this order. But still payment is deducted from my balance and also i got no refund against failed order. I try to contact you many times by clicking paytm assist which only creates ticket succefully.

but either there is no response from your side or didn't get refund against my failed order.

my complaint is not resolved as i got email but not refund from their side. they mailed me from [email protected]. but still i didn't get my refund against my failed order 2450750435
