Paytm — My order didn't delivered but status shows delivered

I have ordered 2 items in paytm at both at a time i. E., samsung microsdhc 16 gb class 6 memory card & professional clear screen guard for asus zenfone max zc550kl (Pack of 3) but i received only samsung memory card but i didnot receieved the screen guard but the status showing its delivered.. The is the paytm whtz wrong with u?? I want my order
