With reference to the above detailed subject & reference, i have made the said 2 post paid bsnl mobile bills through our paytm. In paytm it shows as follows.

The money also deducted from my bank account. But till date the payment has not been paid to bsnl.

Hence, they have stopped my phone service. This is not fair on your side.

Kindly look in to this matter immediately and arrange for payment to bsnl post paid mobile as detailed above.
