When entered my mobile number which was recharged early through paytm, along with the number all other information was pre populated. So i done the recharge, but i was not received the same benefits, for this i given a complaint dated on 16th Feb, for i was not received the proper response still these days, then finally i got a call from PayTM noida office saying that i selected a wrong (top up /special recharge). there was no evidence for me that i selected a wrong benefit. even the benefit information not mentioned the receipts.
If paytm offers a pre populated data based on the last recharge then that should be proper.
Even paytm not offers Rs 56 top up also. In such case how they done my recharge.
