We have checked your account and noticed that you have already initiated a refund request of inr 1652 on[protected] . Your bank may take 3-10 working days (And sometimes even more) to show this money in your account/card. And you can again add money to your paytm wallet.
If your refund is not credited within 10 days, let us know. We will look into this.

It is near about 01 month but my issue is not still solved
Note down again serial wise as below:
1. On 15.03.2015 vide transaction no. [protected] & order id [protected], i have added rs. 4000.00 in my paytm account from my bank of baroda bank a/c. No.[protected] linked with my paytm account [protected]@gmail.com / [protected].
2. On 16.03.2015 vide transaction no. [protected], i have repeated by mistake a previous refund request of rs. 1652.00 (That refund request was made by me to my company's bank account no. [protected] of syndicate bank, the company name was m/s. Bansal brothers where i was worked before i had worked in that company till 17th of november 2015 and then left my job from this company) i have repeated this transaction again by mistake on 16.03.2015 from my paytm account & rs. 1652.00 were sent to my company's bank account of syndicate bank account and rs. 2400 approx. Were balance at my paytm account after making this wrong transaction of rs. 1652.
3. On 17.03.2015 i have made request to cancel this transaction made by me by mistake and to deposit the amount of rs. 1652.00 to my paytm account for which you have provided the ticket #[protected]: rctkt - others.
4. On 18.03.2015 vide transaction no. [protected], i have transferred rs. 2400.00 to my bank account of bank of baroda no.[protected] linked with my paytm account [protected]@gmail.com / [protected].
Finally, till date the refund request for the transaction of rs. 1652.00 done by me by mistake for which the rs. 1652.00 was refunded to my company's bank account no. [protected] of syndicate bank is not cancelled and therefore not deposited in my paytm account.

This is a month old issue which is going on & on till day.
1. Did you know what is the actual problem to be solved??
2. If you don't know read all mails sent by me to paytm followed by this one.
3. This dilemma is totally created by paytm staff, just because of not tried ever to understand my wallet issue.
4. You do one thing show me some presence of mind during work time at paytm
