Paytm — Not receive recharge amount after 4hr

I m recharge on paytm 11.35 around [protected] check in paytm browse plan show 135rs recharge and i m pay this amount but not received any payment my no after 4hr then i m contact bsnl care then say not any recharge 135 rs in any bsnl offers u contact paytm service. What a this service why show the frod amount in your aap browse plan and why not received my amount my mobile no my order id is [protected] pls help any response show. I hope positive response. Urgent need
