I have purchased a cell phone brand panasonic eluga z on 3rd april2016, from yourself. Since i received my order i was feeling fast dragging battery problem. But on 18april my cell phone stopped battery charging. Same day i informed you by mail and spoke to your care. As per your direction i consult panasonic service care, they charged the battery and assure wellness. But next day same problem was there. They order a new battery for my cell, but i tried same another battery for it. But the problem is still there. I am sure its not due to battery problem, coz i tried another original battery for this. I already informed you by mail on 18april ticket no.0115998 and on 21april ticket no. 01226174 but did not receive any revert. I request you to change my cell asap. Or refund my money. Because i am fully dissatisfied from this faulty product sent by you. Was this information helpful? |

Hi m sethi from jalandhar punjab.i was recharged to my mobile phone rupees of 177 via paytm.recharge is not done but detect money frm my wallet. Plz as soon as rufund my money.
