Paytm Payments Bank — amount not credited but debited

I made a transaction on 20th July 2018 vide reference no.[protected].
The payment was deducted from my account but didnt get visible in the transfree account though the confirmation message of credit amount was received by him. Later on, customer care said that the amount has been credited but due to technical glitch it is not reflecting in the account and advised to fill this form in order to get the issue resolved.

Paytm son't deserve any star rating.fraud bank.trying yo loo customer by providing cashback and on the other hand money deducted from bank account in a huge amount

I have transfer money using upi from paytm bank using google pay then google pay shows error and paytm shows successful but reaciever not reacive the money of 1000. But it was unsuccessfull but paytm does not issue the refund pleas see the matter and solve the matter paytm Transfer the money buy rrn no but ot was not reacived
