[Resolved]  Paytm Payments Bank — upi transaction was successful but amount not received to the sender bank

I made a transaction on 14 september at 3.13pm. Actually i am sending money to my another sbi bank account from my paytm payments bank. On that time transaction was pending but amount got deducted. Then i contacted with the paytm customer care they told me to wait for 2 working days. After 2 working days i again contacted with the paytm customer service they told me to wait for 3 working days. After i see that the pending transaction was made successful. But after 10 days till now my transaction amount is not received to my sbi bank account. Every time when i contacted with the paytm customer service upi department they were not giving me any satisfactory resolution. Please help me.
My paytm payments bank account no is[protected]. And my sbi bank account no is -[protected]
