My name is suresh I ordered addidas flip flop in mynthra on 19th October i done my payment with Google pay through paytm bank, upi transaction id :[protected] and google transaction id : CICAgODGmZerUg
And i cancelled my order on 21st October now its 3 November mynthra said we already initiated your refund contact your bank with reference number, reference number is :[protected]
I called paytm customer care they said no payments here contact your merchant, merchant says contact your Bank with reference number they are not doing my issue its already gone 10days above nothing process will be happened please try to solve my issue.
