Paytm Payments Bank — Cash not Received from ATM Machine while Withdrawing from ATM Machine

I went to the ATM of Apna Sahakari Co-Operative Bank' ATM at Lower Parel to withdraw my money with PayTM Debit card. I went there to withdraw Rs.1000 but no money came from the ATM machine and the money was deducted from my Paytm Payments Bank account.
