Paytm Payments Bank — did not receive refund in my account

I booked a ticket thorugh paytm upi on amazon. Bt some reason i cancelled my ticket. Amazon said me to refund my amiunt. Amazon refunded it also. Amazon is showing me receipt of refund but money has not deposited in my paytm bank account yet. Now both amazon and paytm payments bank are deniying to register a complain. So pls help me. I am attaching amazons refund reciept
