Paytm gave me a limit on paytm postpaid. Last year on 1st August, 2021 I paid the last emi and all dues were cleared perfectly.
It's 2022 and they are still sending me statements of paytm postpaid account showing ₹0 but overdue. Account should have been closed then and there but instead it might be ruining my cibil. There is no way to reach customer care for postpaid. Last evening somehow I could manage to message their customer care and they gave ticket id [protected] but nobody responded. And yet they send me notifications to activate 60000 limit on paytm postpaid by upgrading ny account while there is no such option in the app.
I want paytm to close this paytm postpaid account immediately and stop sending me those statements and if they are showing pending in my cibil reports, then I want them to clear that all dues were paid last year.
