Paytm Payments Bank — refund not initiated after 9 days of cancellation of product

I had done a order on amazon on 29 oct 2019 for the boult earphones through paytm payments bank upi. Amazon says its has reversed the amount back to my account on the 30th sept, the day i cancelled the order. The rs 599 which i paid through paytm payments bank has not been given back to me. Amazon said as before 24 hrs i cancelled the order the money has not credited to their account and so is reversed with the same transaction no. I processed the order to my account.
I had done much calls to bank for filing charge dispute as said to me by amazon to do so, but paytm is not responding over this.
Help! Over this asap.
