Paytm Payments Bank — reversal of amount not credited back.

I have made a transfer of ₹2000 on paytm upi handle from hdfc bank to sbi bank account on 9th december 2018. Money got deducted from my hdfc bank account, and as per bank statement of sbi the transaction get credited and the same got reversed instantly from sbi.
But the same didn't credit back in either my hdfc or paytm bank account.
Now, it's almost 2 weeks elapsed, i have wrote down issue in paytm customer care 24*7 several times, also share bank statement of sbi with them, but didn't get any reply from them.
So, it's a matter of great concern and i need early response for it.
