Paytm — Paytm fraudness send wrong product and not ready to return

I purchased two Ajanata Sober Wall Clock(Order No. [protected]). They specified the color of watch is pink.But they send me the red color watch of Oreva.I these two watches one watch is not working properly and i want to change both the watches because i order for pink Ajanta watches. They rejected ny return request and mention the reason multiple return. But this is first time when i return any product.
