Paytm — Paytm money transfer to bank not happen

Dear sir,
On 4 may 2016, 6:43pm i had transfer my money 4228/ but i was not happen still paytm saying the transfer is success but still i don't receive yet please help me, my bank txn id number is [protected] and paytm wallet txn id number is [protected] please help me my cash is still not received, i had lot of time mails to paytm but they are not responding please solve my issue
