Website: When will I get my recharge?

Please refer to the order no. [protected] this is a recharge made to my idea mobile.the status still shows as processing . But a sum of 200 rupees had been debited from my bank account.lt would be a pleacure if i could get the amount credited to my account or my Paytm account.

Expecting a response at the plate do the needful earliest.
