Paytm — Refund for electricity bill

I was paying my two bills through the paytm first one is 1000 and the second one is 980 suddenly internet conection lost and my amount of 1000 and 980 was transfered in my wallet i have checked the transaction and i saw an option send to bank on both transaction and i was clicking on both and transaction show success but i have checked my mini statement i have received only 980 rs and not 1000 refund so please help me i m in very trouble i dont have any customer care number of paytm.
