Paytm — Regarding bus ticket refund

maine 25 april ko travel yaari through ticket book ki thi payment option pay tm ka tha
jalandhar to chandigarh guardian travels
but payment was unsuccessful .payment was deducted two times from my pnb bank account. rs 370
i did not received the refund
please check my refund status .
i have transaction details.
