I have recharges of Rs 169 for internet through paytm but recharge was not successful, then I recharges of Rs 299 it is activated after 5hrs I received a msg of 169 recharge activation massage Idea customer care is telling my previous data is lapsed. Paytm people have not kept any option for cancel the recharge which is in process i tried and pressing all commands to cancel my recharge. I lost my 299rs idea people tell once the recharge is overlapped no refund, no data now who will take this responsibilities why all company cheats the customer in all aspects.
