Paytm — Unwanted deduction

I was recharging for just rupees 40 & they added up a offer, which was unwanted and now amount deducted is 539 rs. When i am calling for refund, they are not able to connect.

Contact on [protected] otherwise we will register our complaint to consumer court.
I even dont want to watch any live show, now i am contacting and the hell bull customer care you have. You guys are best so now for small things why want bad feedback from us.

Sort it out asap

My order no. [protected], dt. 18.04.2016 Sir I have place an order of rs. 300 for Tata Sky DTH recharge but the same is not successful and my account is debited for the same.

My bses electricity bill payment against complaint no[protected] is still unpaid but my bank account has been debited by 2410 rps.my paytm order no is [protected].its been two hours from debiting but still no recovery of my account money .plz do some helpful as soon as possible..
