I ordered eyeglasses from eyemyeye and it eas not upto mark so returned it.. On 3rd May 2022 after returning i got mail that refund has been intiated and at night arounf 11 pm atvthe dame date i got mail from payu that they successfully refunded money to the source account but for my kind information when i checked my bank account there was not a single penny regarding this order, don't know why. So i'm requesting the comoany tobplease refund...

I had placed an order on www.skechers.in on 01/May/2022 Transaction ID: TXN[protected] for a shoe and paid through my Card of amount Rs 3, 711.6 but the payu money payment gateway in midway showed error and the order was not placed and my money got debit from my account. I would like to resolve this matter at earliest by either placing my order or refund the amount....

I did not get the ticket of Mehtab bag monument of Agra. But money deducted from my account on 1 may 2022 at 11:05. Money deducted from mahi.[protected]@oksbi to asimustsee.[protected]@icici. Pls refund my money. Thank you....

Appling for renewal of driving license in.. Andhrapradesh govt website https://aprta.epragathi.org/.. transaction no=[protected]UPI) and[protected] where application n0 = AP[protected]DL... Amount deducted twice for single application as rs=1560(paid from UPI) and
rs=1560 (from icici) deducted as it showed try again that`s why i tried again it was successful later recved sms as amount deducted for 1st and 2nd transaction also...

My PAYU merchant id 7333271

Dear PAYU team,
Our company has lost all trust in you. We even doubt are you people fraud.
I raised a complaint of settlement hold 1 month back. I submitted all the documents that PAYU team requested me. Also I gave approval for refund also.
I received message from PAYU (screenshot attached below) saying "your request is already forwarded to concerned team and same will be completed...

I will like to report a case which happened today with me where the fraudster presented themselves as MXTAKATAK representative and took my 20, 000/- from paytm wallet my paytm orderid is [protected] dated 25th April 2022
time 2:39 PM wallet ref no [protected]

payment was credited to Paupayments private limited but unable to track the name of account holder his phone number through which he contacted me is [protected]...

A payment of 1999 was made from my account at 1:11 pm of 21 April to payU payments pvt ltd, transaction id is[protected] on google pay. The site or merchant for which the transaction was made is false, complaint was made to PayU but no action has been taken. PayU should revert the money and taken action against the fake merchant on its platform....

On 5th march my transaction was failed but money was deducted.I spoke with my bank and they told me that money refund was not initiated from your side. Please look in this matter it is very urgent.it has been more than 30 days now.

Would like to bring to your attention that as per the agreement the settlements are not happening in my account for some or the other reasons which are not told to me.
I have been asked to provide the proofs of purchase, sale and delivery which are promptly supplied and yet I am receiving the message that the case is complicated and resolution will take time.
For your company 86 thousand might not be a significant sum of amount...
