The said television was brought by me for inr 49, 999.00
It is with utmost regret that i write to you that the television set that i have received is defective and of sub - standard quality.
Within a month of purchase the picture quality became patchy. A complaint bearing s. R. No. Gur[protected] was registered at the service center. A technician visited us and said that picture quality was patchy as there was dust accumulated inside the set and he needed to open the screen and clean the dust from inside to make the picture quality better.
That done, and a couple of months later i discovered black shadow / spots on the left hand corner covering nearly 30 % screen of the television set. Another complaint bearing s. R. No. Gur[protected] was registered on 16.03.2019. The same technician visited us again and upon a thorough inspection declared that some part was defective and needed replacement.
Nearly one month after my complaint and subsequent follow ups i have been told that the part is not in stock and i would have to wait till the part is available.
Sir / madam, i am absolutely disappointed. I have spent my hard earned money to provide some means of entertainment to my family, but to my dismay i feel cheated.
I am also surprised that one of the world’s leading brand ' phillips ' can sell a product which is of below par quality. Not only that, i am dismayed in the manner in which such a huge brand has such unprofessional and such unethical service force who are incompetent to provide basic parts / services to their customers.
I am extremely disillusioned by your company and request you to kindly take away the television set and kindly refund my money.
I would be obliged if you can process my request at the earliest and relieve me from this agonizing experience.
