I am interested in Philips speakers. PHILIPS Audio MMS2625B 2.1 Channel, Bluetooth connectivity, Wired.

I have a few technical queries. I raised the request on Philips Av website.
After a few days they asked for more details which I provided.

I had purchased Philips air fryer in feb 2024 and within a year plastic of the basket broke and I called the customer care for the service request. After multiple calls and follow ups, technician visited after 5 days and informed that basket needs to be replaced (which I already knew).
