Philips — philips trimmer bad service

I bought philips trimmer from amazon online in 2016 and i am using it for three years. Sudde ly the trimmer is not working. I went to service center located in rocky agencies, peters road, gopalapuram, chennai. The service center is waste one. My product is out of warranty. They told can't repair this trimmer without checking it properly. It seems they are not interested in repairing old trimmers. Whats use of buying trimmer from trusted brand like philips. Please close the service if they can't service properly.
