Recently, I made a withdrawal from my SIP in Kotak Emerging Fund. However, I encountered an issue where the amount was not credited to my account, despite it showing as credited. Unfortunately, the customer care team has been unhelpful and has not provided any information regarding this matter. Apr 10, 2024 Updated by Rakesh Bunga I received a message from PhonePe regarding a transaction, but upon checking my bank statement, I did not see the amount credited. I am experiencing difficulty in sending messages through the chat feature. I will upload my bank statement and provide the PhonePe ticket ID for further assistance Ticket id[protected] rakesh, the Asset Management Company (AMC) should have already deposited the amount of ₹1018.13 into your bank account. You can check your updated bank account statement for a confirmation. If you see that the money still hasn't been credited to your account, please reply to this ticket and we'll get it checked for you.
