Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — gas stove glass broken

The glass top of the our pigeon gas stove shattered suddenly. It happened so fast that the pieces of glass flew more than 10ft. We are lucky that none o[censored]s got injured. The gas stove was bought from flipkart in oct, 2017. As i searched online about this incident, i stumbled that this is not of a kind incident. It is quite evident to me that this is inherent fault of choice of material for the gas stove top since many gas stoves many other companies have broken. It might just be that the glass was pre-stressed during manufacturing. However the severity of failure is very high.

I parched amazon idlly cooker so not working so agnest complend fill coustermar care but my problem not resolved your savce provided is not attend my problem so please shout-out my problem thinks

Not good service pigeon
We had the same model and faced exactly same issue. Glass shattered after using it for 1 year, luckily it happened when moved away from the stove. I was shocked when I read the complaint and the photo looks they have taken our stove photo.
I am surprised that pigeon has not recalled this model yet. Its life threatening, please ask your known people not to use this product.

We had similar issue with pigeon glass stove which broken in less than 5 months, pigpen service Center is not responding, if there is any way to escalate or have contact, please provide here
