[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — Frustrating services by vaishali hut

Address: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Ordered for 5 Magic Duo's and 1 Portion of Garlic Bread at 8:38 pm. on 5th October 2015. We have recieved the pizzas on time around 9:10 pm but when I opened Pizza Boxes all the Pizzas were made in Thin bases. I again called up at customer care and asked for the replacement at 9:15 pm, the customer care executive has given me the surity of replacement and told me to keep those pizzas on side. I have waited for approx 45 mints. and called the customer care no. again and this time they kept me hold for around 10 mints. and given me this answer that Manager of the outlet Mr. DHARAM will give me a call within 2-5 mints. so kept the phone down...after waiting for again 20 mints. I again called and again told my whole story to the new executive and asked for my replacement food, the person on the other side helped me alot and taled to someone in the outlet and he was the person who was listening my complaint very calmly and given me the satisfaction that I will definately get a response from the Vaishali Outlet Manager. He also told me that he has coordinated with RGM also and they will replace my order soon.
By that time my both kidsof 5 & 9 yrs. are started feeling sleepy, My husband only had Garlic Bread and slept. because it was around 11 o'clock now. My kids were looking to me with their hungry and sleepy eyes and were creeping to have that cold pizzas which were kept aside for replacement. And in last I have got the Pizzas at around 11:15 pm. which was again not prepared nicely, there was no proper sauce, not properly baked, all the pizzas were yuck in the taste. My kids had half of the pizza and vegetables from the pizzas and slept hungry (pics are uploaded for your kind reference of all the unbaked and tasteless pizzas).

My request to the Pizza Hut to kindly trained their staff properly how to make pizzas, How to listen the customers complaint and How to fulfill customer's choice (specially Vaishali Branch)...

Earlier there was a Manager at Vaishali Branch named Ravi, he was very nice and humble person who was handling this outlet very nicely.I don't think if the person like Dharam will stay here this outlet will run for long...

And in last We (customers) are paying that's why so are running your business and giving employements so we want a proper food, we are not beggars and we are not having food for free so don't try to treat us like them...
QUESTION FROM MY SON'S SIDE IS THIS IS THE MEANING OF "PIZZA HUT MAKE IT GREAT?"???????
