I made an order from the pizzahut website. Unfortunately, due to hurry, I did not log in to their website and directly placed the order by paying using my debit card. Order details are provided below,

As per their website the order was placed and the amount was also debited. We waited for a few minutes but the order did not come to the designated store. Unfortunately, I had to make the order again. This time I made the order from their landline number.
Since the amount for the online order was already deducted I would like to have refund for that. For that, I have been constantly getting in touch with the customer care for multiple times. They don't have any evidence of that order. Their response is always the same that the amount will be credited within 4-5 working days. I am still waiting for my refund Was this information helpful? |
