Hi, I made an order of Rs 250.95 at the Pizza hut outlet in Pavilion Mall Ludhiana on 15/07/2022. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed due to "Response time issues". I tried again but it failed. So in the total amount of Rs 250.95 + Rs 250.95 was deducted with PTRN nos: 66279189 and 66278828. I was in touch with a person at the outlet who assured me that money would be back in my account within 14-21 working days which didn't happen. Please refund my money back.
