Complaint Date : 24th July 2024.
I have placed an order for Rs. 349.66 with an order ID 17254207 on 09th July 2024.
The order was cancelled from stores side mentioning the reason of delivery partner demand.
They assured that the refund will be done within 7 days to the original mode of payment.
I did wait till date but the refund is not yet done.
When i contacted pizza hut customer care, they simply raise a complaint and informing that the stores will contact me within 24 hours to solve this issue. But no one calls me.
One customer care executive said, the amount was refunded two days back.
Another customer care executive said they dont have option to check whether the amount was refunded or not.
I dont know which is true. Why this much of complications are there.
I am exhausted of contacting customer care and get no information. Kindly take necessary action and help me to get my refund back at the earliest.
My money is kept unnecessarily with pizza hut for no reason. and with no interest.. Was this information helpful? |
