[Resolved]  Pizza Hut India — Booking higher values items without customer approval and delivering lower amount items

Hi Team,

Today I had went to Pizza Hut restaurant and ordered the veg meal combo of Rs 239.

But in the Bill they have charged for Rs 269 veg meal. when I ask the person they have not given proper answer for that, they started telling we have added this that and so that they can defend them selves.

Finally the point is, they are booking higher value items in the Bill without customer knowledge, and giving the lower amount items.
