Despite this verbal assurance, I have yet to receive my refund. Multiple follow-up attempts have yielded no resolution, causing unnecessary financial strain and significant inconvenience. I am requesting an immediate refund of Rs. 589 for this unfulfilled order and compensation for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
