I placed an order for 2 medium pizzas on the 18th of June 2022. It is delayed for more than an hour and after connecting to the customer care service thrice. I requested a cancellation and full refund.
It has been more than 15 days and I've called customer care service more than a dozen times already. I was initially asked to wait for 24-48 hours and then, they asked me to wait for another 7 days after that another 7 days, and when I connected to the customer care service again today. They told me that 'You've taken the order so no refund'.
After, talking for a while, they apologized to me and told me to wait more than 7 days. It has already been 15 days and the store isn't even trying to connect to me even after several attempts.
This is a very frustrating experience. I request you to take strict action against these people and get the refund ASAP
