[Resolved]  Pizza Hut India — Drinking water charged at 50 INR / litre

Hi,
I would like to raise a complaint against Pizza Hut Orion uptown mall old madras road Bangalore. They have charged 50 rs for drinking water bottle. They don’t even provide a glass of water and when requested for a glass of water for my 5 year old daughter they gave me the water bottle of 1 litre which costed 50rs. How can someone charge this much amount for drinking water which should be just 20 rs otherwise? Also, they should have an option of drinking water and if we don’t want that and ask for bottle water we could buy that. Every hotels having drinking water facility and bottle water option. I demand a justification for this..
