Dear Sir,
On the bill amount I have been charged
SGST @9% and CGST @9% = Total @18%
The slabs for GST are: NIL, 5%, 12%, 18% and 28%
Where is the 9% GST, Also the tax is as GST and not as CGST & SGCT
The restaurant seems to fall in the 5% GST Category. It is requested to explain the 9% + 9% (18%) and also refund me the balance amount (13%) at the earliest failing which the matter may have to be referred to appropriate tax authorities. The matter has been discussed with the Asst. Manager of the restaurant as well.

I have ordered big pizza with choco volcano cake yesterday . Food is very tasty but my order delivered very late . I ordered food by 8.51pm and they delivered me at 9.45pm . I told the delivery boy that according to your policy if delivery is not within 30 mins. the food which we have ordered is free but the delivery boy is not giving the food without money and he said the policy has been changed. Doesn't matter but at least delivered should be on time.

i ordered 2 quantity of magic box veg of 4 from zomato and pay the amount by paytm after appling coupon the amout will be 639 and the delivered only 1 quantity of the item and in bill they deduct 404 rs and 385 rs will be online refund but i cannot get any refund

I have been to pizza hut at cst area on 14th september ordered a triple treat meal for 2
But experience was really disappointing
The base of pizza was smelling like it has been in stored in closed container for days and stuffed cheese felt like chunks which couldn't be chewed properly as they are in chunks form without being melted when asked to the representative there
The answer was it's supposed to be like that
But I have been eating pizza hut since years but this time it was too bad
Dominos pizza is much preferable for me
