Today, I went to pizza hut located in Mahaveer enclave. I have placed the order for my pizza which includes water bottle also. The price of the normal water bottle is around 20 rupees but they charge me 50 rupees for it. I don't understand what type of taxes they are charging with their customers. The mineral water bottle name is Aquavess of Aquafina company. It is of 1 liter .in market it is less and they are charging more than double price.

I too was told 50 rupees for 1 ltr bottle. When the MSRP is 20 why would PepsiCo try to charge me 50. Aren't you supposed to serve water for free of cost in all your restaurants? I remember as per government rules or law of the land all restaurants that serves food or have service for serving food must provide potable drinking water at free of cost?

Same happened with me take rs 50 for one litre water bottle at pizza hut jaipur WTP.
Really it's Very shocking and this kind of openly plundering work.
At least drinking water should be given free and if not for free then right price should be taken for it.

i too was charged 50 rupees for the same bottle today. i asked them why they were charging more than MRP and they replied saying it's 'gst' while it's just almost 3 rupees gst in the bill
The same is happening in KFC in Bangalore as well. There is a board saying Water bottle is MRP but the MRP is Rs.50.. Seems like misguiding customers.

Better to buy BISLERI always. A reputed brand.
Also the price they print is unable to trace .
What is GOVT doing . Why they can’t pull these companies.
