We asked for more oregano per pizza instead of just one so that guy told us that they had to cancel our order. He could have told us its chargeable, we would have bought it, but he told us cancel karna padega. Later we called the pizza hut helpline and complained about the behavior and were told that we’ll get a callback. No callback was arranged. the cancellation was not updated on app and order was shown as going in the kitchen, the getting packed. They should have updated it on the app. We again called the pizza hut helpline and then got the callback. On talking to their customer care executive he said that u cancelled and on asking why wasn’t it updated on the app he replied rudely and on being shouted back he said that you will get nothing from shouting as if i wanted a free pizza. This behavior is not acceptable. This is a case of pizza hut sanjay place. Order status still not showing cancelled.
