Complaint marked as Resolved I tried pizzahut mobile number and email address (provided by them on their website), but they kept ignoring me there and didn't replied and lied on the call. They dont' have any grievance system of there own, they use facebook messenger for that.
I had registered my complaint here on consumercomplaints.in and at the bottom I saw few related complaints similar to mine. Then I visited that few complaints and saw that pizzahut replied them to dm them directly on facebook messenger.
So, I immediately did that. I dm them and then they called couple of hours later.
Then, they told me to send relevant payment details and screenshot on that called number. I did.
Then, they initialized my refund process.
After that, few hours later, I got my refund.
Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
