Pizza Hut India — Not providing refund for a failed order

I had placed an order on 30/10/2022 from their application amounting INR 403.20 and made the payment online. The amount got deducted but the order was not placed. When I called customer care, they said there was some technical issue and they will provide refund shortly. Its been 4 days and no refund have been issued. I've also checked on internet that the many other people are facing the same issue and calling customer care is not working. Please help...
