Pizza Hut India — Not providing refund for failed order

I had placed an order with pizzahut on 30/10/2022 from their mobile application amounting INR 403.20 and made the payment online. The amount got deducted but the order was not placed. When I called customer care, they said there was some technical issue and they will provide refund shortly. Its been 4 days and I have not received the refund. I’ve also checked on internet that many other people are facing the same issue and not getting the money refunded. Please help…
