Order no. 11226837 Ordered online for wednesday offer making debit card payment. Received msg stating "your order will be delivered shortly". I was under impression that someone will call for delivery. When it' was more than half an hour, i called them n was informed them that it is pick up and will take another half an hour for delivery. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money back. They confirmed me of cancelling the order and refund to my account. I have spoken to 3 people on [protected] and was confirmed order will be cancelled. I didn't receive any cancellation confirmation. I want refund of my rs. 298 to my account against order no.11226837 Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Please solve my problem too...

My name is Sree Nair. I am staying in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. 11th of April, 2022 I ordered a pizza through Pizza Hut app. The amount 376 deducted from my bank account but the order not placed. Within 30 minutes I called the customer care and they told me within a few days the money will revert back to my account. Nothing happened. Since then I have complained to customer care 9 times. I have not yet received my money back except for the reply that the refund has been processed after a long wait. Where should I complain? When will my money be refunded? Please solve this problem ...
