Pizza Hut India — order not getting placed after successful transaction

Dear sir,

I have made online transaction for pizza.
In this case payment get deducted from my account but, i have not received any order number from pizza hut.
I have also check with shop, they also not received order as per their information.
Kindly look in to this matter and refund my amount rs. 286.12 as early as possible.
