Dear Team, We went to your outlet at Sam Savli Road but the treatment with us was very bad, the people gave us the same service, even my children's were hungry. I gave them the order at 9:45 but didn't complete ours till 10:50 when I went to complain to Mr.Nikunj, instead of accepting the mistake, they scolded us. Then we spoke to the owner of the outlet, he refused to complain and said that I will talk to you tomorrow, but no call came from him yet.
