I have ordered Pizza at 10.11 P.M from Pizza Hut through Swiggy in Pune and didn't receive the pizza after 4 long hours too and they keep on saying that you will shortly get your order but i was unable to get it from them. they also changed the timer and it had showing 11 minutes then when it came to 5 minutes remaining, they used to reset it to again 11 then later it became 18 minutes then so and it was started from 9 minutes waiting. I want to say that i ordered, they accepted if they had any issue, they could have let me know earlier or else they should have cancelled my order, but they didn't do any such instead if we would have cancelled, they would have charged us or blocked us. I want to highlight that they have harassed and kept me on fast without my will and i had to order from Zomato to fill up my tummy from whatever i got. if they would have told me earlier that the restaurant is closed and please cancel the order i would have tried some other options. but they asked me to cancel when many normal hotels were closed. I find this has been done on a purpose to harass me by the employee of Swiggy or by the employee of Pizza Hut. I want a severe action against them as they harassed me and kept me waiting and kept me on fast without my wish. My order No.#[protected] dated[protected] at 10.11 P.M not got delivered and they kept me waiting till i exhausted my options. I have other screen shots of the same.
Request your kind support for immediate action against these people who do it purposely for their entertainment and the company gets blamed. If no action is still taken on them, i will file a court case too and mention that i haven't got the support from the consumer forum also if i didn't get the responses and action against them soon.
